職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Job Summary
Logistics Specialist will be responsible for import/export/local shipments, warehouse management, local purchasing and admin support.
(1) Logistics Functions
Proceed Import customs clearance for import shipment and export customs declaration for export shipment.
Goods receipt, put-away, picking, re-labelling, packing and shipping.
Initiate consignment order as per consignment agreement.
Release local purchase order to local vendor.
Document management (e.g. Delivery Notes, Waybill, Import/Export Docs, etc.).
Assist in month end closing, Month-end customs duty estimation, reconciliation of in-transit inventory and providing ETA for open system orders by LOB.
Submit Write-Off Request and complete the processes.
Perform write-off process for the physical parts.
Perform cycle count quarterly.
Proceed annual physical inventory count.
Assist in internal and external audits.
Organize and manage materials in warehouse.
Maintaining stock accuracy, monitoring parts movement records.
Create local part no. for local parts.
Miscellaneous tasks (e.g. supporting internal team as require).
(2) Office Admin. Support
Office facilities and environmental maintenance management.
Miscellaneous admin. tasks.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade or a related field required.
3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory management or supply chain management.
Experience in import/export operations, customs clearance, and trade compliance in a global environment is preferred.
Extensive experience working in multinational companies (MNCs).
Preferred Skills and Abilities
Understanding of international logistics regulations, shipping processes, and customs documentation.
Knowledge of goods receipt, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
Good command of English, essential for working with global teams.
Experience in logistics management software such as SAP or similar systems.
Knowledge of freight forwarding, carrier management and warehouse operations.
Experience with inventory control, order fulfillment, and demand planning.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and office management software.
Ability to analyze logistics issues and implement efficient solutions.
Strong communication skills in coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and third-party logistics providers.
Experience in dealing with carriers, suppliers, and customs authorities to optimize costs and efficiency.
Able to work independently, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, international business environment.
