MAJOR DUTIES：
1. The primary responsibility for the first focus point is to report to the Site Manager.
2. Be familiar with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015, and ensure they are implemented and maintained.
3. Implementation & Maintenance of HSE Management System programmed (Respect & Care, safety campaign etc.) to continually improve HSE performance.
4. Ensure project site safety policies, plans, and procedures are implemented effectively, supporting continual improvement within areas of responsibility and specific work activities.
5. Provide expert advice and guidance to project contractors on effective safety culture development and transformation, and drive continual improvement during all project phases.
6. Support the project in all HSE-related disciplines and scopes of work, with specific HSE focus on developing safety culture and improving human factors-related performance.

Qualification：
1. Bachelor degree with engineering background
2. Basic English conversation skill
3. Has Safety and health education and training for class-1 manager of Occupational safety and health affairs license
4. at least 3 years in a senior HSE role (e.g., HSE Manager or Deputy HSE Manager)
