職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
電廠專案人員(工程現場工作)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle internal and external correspondence (incoming/outgoing)
• Support TFA timesheet and attendance tracking
• Coordinate commercial topics, such as supporting discussions for invoicing
• Facilitate communication between customer and engineering teams
• Prepare and manage internal documentation, including site instructions and notes
• Support new staff arrivals, including hotel and transport arrangements
• Assist with customs coordination and communication with brokers
• Help manage site contractors and support schedule/budget tracking
• Support meeting setup and coordination tasks
• Collaborate closely with the project manager and commercial/site managers
• Ad hoc support and collaboration across function if required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an office clerk or administrative support role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Good English communication skills (German is a plus)
• As one team mindset, proactive, self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
Preferred Experience:
• Background in engineering-related fields (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) is the plus
• Project management or import/export coordination experience
• Previous work experience in international environments
