【主要職責】
1.透過數據分析和數據視覺化工具，提供可行性建議。
2.透過數據分析驗證人力資源政策/計畫的實施效果。
3.進行數據分析及建模工作，設計、執行各項分析並追蹤後續成效或提出改善計畫。
4.協助跨部門分析資料，並根據要求提供可行性建議或資料。
5.定義KPI並確定人力資源分析職務的改進機會。
6.解決複雜的數據分析問題，提供可行性建議。

1.Independently generate meaningful insights through data analysis and use of data visualization tools.
2.Verify the effectiveness of HR policies/programs in operation through data analysis.
3.Independently communicate on data analysis results and carry out the process of identifying areas to revise/supplement/improve.
4.Independently carry out analysis model improvement by monitoring/tracking the analysis results applied and identifying areas improved.
5.Analyze requirements by data requester and service.
6.Process and provide data in an analyzable format based on requirements.
7.Define KPIs and identify improvement opportunities in HR analytics.
8.Tackle complex data analysis problems, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications and key skills
1. Proficient in SQL, Python & Power BI
2. Experience using cloud-based databases( like hive/presto, airflow, aws redshift ) is a plus
3. 5+ year of HR analytics working experiences
