職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
(1) Global Remuneration strategy for compensation and benefit programs to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
(2) Conduct market benchmark and analysis to ensure compensation and benefits are competitive and align with organizational goals and market trends.Include but not limited to the followings, Salary structures, C&B policy, incentive programs (Cash/Stock), benefits, and allowances.
(3) Co-work with HRBP and support BUs to achieve their business goals.
Co-work with global HR , HRBP, local HR on global compensation and benefit designation or integration, include but not limited to the followings policies/Guidance updates, salary adjustment, incentives, and talent attract & retain.

1. Strong strategic thinking abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence and coordinate effectively.
2. Sensitivity to talent in overseas markets, preferably in the Southeast Asian region.
3. Experience in M&A and subsidiary establishment projects is highly desirable.
4. High mobility and proficiency in English.
