職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct medical review to ensure the clinical relevance, medical accuracy, company compliance and local regulation of the information in promotional materials, external communication, and sales training content – for assigned SEA Cluster markets
* Provide training for in-house staff and 3rd party marketing partners with regard to promotional materials approval process.
* Provide professional medical information to external and internal customers and report potential adverse events and product quality complaints when reviewing materials or receiving related cases from internal or external customers.
* Manage and supervise new DPOC/Medical information colleagues to familiarize DPOC process and provision of responses to relevant customers.
* Implement and support DPOC reconciliation and process assurance in collaboration with handling units of receiving adverse events, product quality complaints, counterfeit/diversion/tampering complaints
* Participate in regular Medical Affairs team activities
Qualifications & Experience
-Bachelor Degree
-Medical, paramedical or pharmaceutical background is preferred
-Fluent in both English and Chinese
-A team player with high level of dedication, strong communication skill, and the ability to solve problems independently.
-Capability and willingness to extend assistance to other team members with regard to Medical Affairs functions including logistical or operational functions.
-Detailed oriented, organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
-Able to work under pressure, to deal with various cases neatly and promptly.
-With Medical or pharmaceutical background will be considered a plus.
-Ease in communicating with and speaking to HCPs with regard to medical information queries.
