【Overview】
with at least 3 years of experience in digital advertising platform operations and inventory optimization. This role will be responsible for working with the Service team by monitoring and optimizing ad inventory performance, including ad placement size, position, format, and eCPM trends. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal media planners to drive revenue performance across LINE display ad products, ensuring that inventory strategies align with overall business objectives.
【Key Responsibilities】
• Monitor and analyze the performance of LINE Ads inventory (e.g., ad placement size, position, format, and eCPM) to identify opportunities for monetization improvement
• Work closely with the Service team to assess revenue trends and the operational effectiveness of current ad inventory
• Collaborate with internal media planners to plan and execute optimization strategies that enhance overall ad revenue
• Provide regular reporting and actionable insights on high- and low-performing placements
• Coordinate with product, operation, and sales teams to implement new inventory strategies, format updates, or pricing adjustments
• Support day-to-day ad operations tasks and assist in resolving LINE Ads Platform (LAP)-related setup or delivery issues
• Document inventory configurations, testing results, and performance benchmarks to inform future roadmap decisions
• Track industry trends and provide input on new monetization opportunities or inventory formats

• At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising, inventory optimization, or media planning
• Solid understanding of display ad monetization, eCPM dynamics, and placement-based performance analysis
• Experience working with digital ad platforms (such as Google Ad Manager, DV360, Meta, or LINE Ads Platform)
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to draw insights from dashboards or reporting tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business, product, and technical teams
