職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
o Entry-level assistance to DC teams
o Work within a ticket-based environment.
o Support Onsite data center infrastructure deployment (installation/hardware replacement/troubleshooting cables and hardware)
o Assist with DC inventory management (handling data-bearing devices), shipping/receiving, RMA process...etc)
Location: New Taipei City or Taoyuan City
需求條件 / Key Requirements
o Required:
Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree or equivalent, basic computer knowledge
o Preferred:
Effective communication with different stakeholders
Basic written/oral English
Interest in IT filed.

Equipment handling experience
