職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
專注於無線網路通訊設備的研發。在全球 200 多個國家設有據點，出貨量超過 7,000 萬台設備。台灣為其最重要的研發總部，涵蓋產品設計、軟硬體開發、AI 研發等，研發人員比例高達 80%。
Responsibilities職責說明:
建置並驗證音訊產品（如網路攝影機、門禁系統與物聯網設備）之生產測試站。
設計音訊測試治具，並負責委外製作與管理。
規劃並執行實驗設計（DOE），以分析新產品導入（NPI）階段的音訊異常。
撰寫測試計畫並移轉至代工廠（CM）執行。
支援其他產品功能測試站的建置與驗證。
1. Set up and validate audio production test stations for products such as IPCAMs, door access systems, and IoT devices
2. Design audio test fixtures for production and manage outsourcing
3. Plan and execute DOE (Design of Experiments) to analyze audio failures during NPI (New Product Introduction) stages
4. Develop test plans and transfer them to contract manufacturers (CMs)
5. Support the setup and validation of test stations for product other functions
需求條件 / Key Requirements
語文條件：英文 -- 聽 /中等、說 /中等、讀 /中等、寫 /中等
-電機工程或相關科系學士以上學歷
-具備5年以上產品測試程式與測試治具開發經驗
-熟悉 DFM（可製造性設計）、PFMEA（製程失效模式與效應分析）、DOE（實驗設計）等技能者尤佳
