職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
The Procurement Specialist will manage the RFQ/RFP process for NPI and MP programs, ensuring all requirements are met and suppliers are properly qualified and evaluated. Additionally, they will develop and maintain standard procurement reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sourcing activities, supplier performance, cost savings, and compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage RFQ (Request for Quotation) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes for both NPI (New Product Introduction) and MP (Mass Production) programs, ensuring all requirements are met and suppliers are properly qualified and evaluated.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute standard procurement reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sourcing activities, supplier performance, cost savings, and compliance.
• Set up and follow up on cost management and cost approval processes to ensure that all costs are accurately tracked and approved.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to negotiate and finalize costs with suppliers, and ensure that all costs are aligned with business objectives.

Top 3 non-negotiable must skills:
• Cost management/Pricing experience – negotiations, or done the pricing themselves, within ODM or have managed ODMs
• Program/Project Management experience Analytical/Problem-solving
• English business-level communication
Number of years’experience:8+ years experience
Skills:
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Understanding of procurement and sourcing techniques and supply chain management
• Experience in developing and presenting standard reports using tools such as Excel, or similar reporting platforms
Education/Experience:
• Experience as a Sourcing Manager for servers or Cost Management for servers at an ODM is highly preferred.
Work Schedule and Travel Requirements:
• Will be required to work early morning shifts weekly once or twice starting from 7AM, to accommodate global business needs.
• Will be required to visit supplier locations in Taipei.
