* Development/Technical management : IC Substrate Development, Technology, Processing
* Quality : Quality Management (Process Quality engineering), QOS(Quality Operation System),
PCS(Process Control System), SQE(Supplier Quality Engineering), etc.


2nd) Engineer with experience in product development and packaging technology development related to Taiwanese customers, semiconductor packaging companies (OSAT), and semiconductor companies (IC Substrates)
