Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities in Taiwan.
Actively develop new customer relationships and expand the customer base.
Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and propose technical solutions.
Provide technical and commercial support, including proposal preparation, quotations, tender submissions, and handling inquiries.
Work closely with factories for technical clarifications and cost sheet preparation to ensure smooth communication across teams.
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, orders, and profit margins.
Ensure compliance with corporate sales policies, procedures, and systems.
Deliver technical training and presentations for internal teams, distributors, consultants, and end-users.
Perform other tasks as assigned by managers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering) preferred.
5-10 years of experience in water and wastewater industry, experience in Industrial End-User sector is a plus.
Knowledge of pumps, electric motors, hydraulic principles, or water treatment is an advantage.
Familiarity with utilities, commercial buildings, and industrial markets is preferred.
