【工作內容】
1. 協助業務人員追蹤訂單以及銷售相關事項
2. 協助訂單出貨,登打ERP系統相關文件
3. 協助業務人員每週匯報與銷售報表整理
4. 處理主管交辦事項
5. 需具有團隊合作精神,對銷售業務有興趣且具積極性
【Job Summary】
The Business Assistant will support the sales and business operations team in managing customer orders, maintaining communication with clients, and handling various business-related administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.
【Key Responsibilities】
◆ Process and manage customer orders using the company’s ERP system
◆ Maintain timely and professional communication with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and general inquiries
◆ Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
◆ Assist in preparing business documents, reports, and correspondence
◆ Support other business-related administrative tasks as assigned by management
【Qualifications】
◆ At least 1 year of experience in a sales assistant or similar administrative support role
◆ Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
◆ Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
◆ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
◆ Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
