《工作內容》
1. 行政與系統維護：
◆ 操作內部 WTW 系統並進行數據分析與報告，以支援集團主管管理台灣、香港與中國地區的業務運作
◆ Dynamic 系統： 銷售管道管理
◆ Mavenlink 系統： 資源管理
◆ Oracle 系統： 確保流程、報告與核准的即時性
◆ TCT 系統： 知識管理支援
◆ 負責台灣與香港地區合約與發票等相關行政工作
2. 建立並分析數據，定期與不定期提供報告給集團主管
◆ 確保各項流程與核准作業的即時處理
3. 專案與集團計畫支援：
◆ 支援台灣專案交付與集團知識文件（Ips）的在地化工作
◆ 支援市場行銷推廣活動與相關專案執行


《職位要求》
◎ 擁有學士或碩士學位，並具備至少三年以上不同行業中與資料分析、行政或專案管理相關的經驗
◎ 熟悉資料管理與良好溝通能力
◎ 積極主動、有創新思維、具團隊合作精神且學習速度快
◎ 注重細節，對工作成果有高度承諾
◎ 自我驅動，能在少量監督下獨立作業
◎ 精通 Excel ( Vlookup/樞紐分析 )、Word、PowerPoint 等辦公室軟體進行報告製作
◎ 具備良好的英文口語與書寫能力

《The Role》
Responsible for administration, data reporting analytics and meeting coordination/follow ups to support business operation for Cluster Leader of Taiwan, Hong Kong and China markets

Responsibilities:
1. Administration and System Maintenance
• Handle internal WTW systems and perform data analysis and reporting for the cluster leader to support business operation and management of Taiwan HK and China markets
– Dynamic: Sales pipelines
– Mavenlink: Resource Management
– Oracle: to ensure timely processing, reporting and approvals
– TCT: support knowledge management
• Responsible for the contracting, invoicing related administrative works for Taiwan Hong Kong
2. Create and analyse data to produce regular and ad-hoc reporting for the Cluster Leader
• Ensure timely processing, reporting and approvals
3. Support client project works and project manage roll out of cluster initiatives
• Support Taiwan project delivery and localization of Ips
• Support marketing initiatives

《Requirements》
• BS or MS degree with minimum of 3 year-experience in various industry with data analytics and administration and program management related experience
• Proficiency in data administration and communication
• Initiative, innovative, teamwork and fast learning
• Attention to detail and commitment to task result
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
• Proficient knowledge of the following PC-based software applications for reporting: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
