職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive People Partner (Associate) to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving impactful HR initiatives—particularly in Learning & Development, Online Learning engagement, Dispatch coordination, and Internal communications.
【Responsibilities】
[Learning & Development]
• Provide on-site support for in-house training sessions to ensure smooth delivery and engagement.
• Design, promote, and implement online learning initiatives to drive continuous development among LINERs.
• Oversee and maintain the company’s E-learning platform to optimize user experience and learning effectiveness.
[HR Business Partnership]
• Support business units in managing dispatch employees, including but not limited to recruiting process, headcount & report maintenance, and onboarding & offboarding process.
• Liaise with external dispatch agencies to ensure smooth coordination, compliance, and timely issue resolution.
[Internal Communications]
• Curate and manage internal communication channels, crafting compelling strategies to enhance employee engagement and information flow.
• Develop creative campaigns to reinforce company values and build a connected workplace culture.

Qualifications
• 3–5 years of professional experience in HR areas, with at least 2 years specializing in learning & development function.
• A strong passion for people development and a proactive attitude toward launching new initiatives.
• Excellent multitasking abilities, with the agility to adapt in a fast-moving, ever-evolving work environment.
