Reports to: SE&O Lead / Chief Operating Officer, Microsoft Taiwan
Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Manager to join the Taiwan SE&O team, working directly with the SE&O Lead (also COO of Microsoft Taiwan) to ensure seamless business operations across the Taiwan subsidiary (TW Sub). This role will serve as a key enabler for organizational execution, helping streamline operational rhythms, drive cross-team alignment, and maximize leadership impact.
This position will also gradually integrate part of the Executive Assistant (EA) function, supporting senior leadership in calendar management, stakeholder coordination, and internal communications. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, is proactive, detail-oriented, and brings strong organizational, interpersonal, and business judgment skills.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Enablement & Administrative Excellence
• Support the SE&O Lead in daily operations, including strategic calendar planning, meeting prioritization, travel management, and key follow-ups.
• Prepare briefing documents, meeting agendas, and ensure effective communication flow across key stakeholders.
• Manage internal communications and help maintain an aligned and engaged leadership team.
• Ensure readiness and execution of corporate milestones, compliance deliverables, and executive reporting.
Project & Program Management
• Lead or support special projects and cross-group initiatives as needed to meet changing business needs.
• Serve as a program coordinator across functional teams to ensure timely delivery of business goals.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in business management, operations, project management, or executive support roles, preferably in a multinational or tech environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• High degree of discretion and professionalism; experience working with executive leadership is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
