職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
The Finance Assistant Manager / Manager will be responsible for supporting Taiwan tax compliance, budgeting, performance tracking, and participating in international M&A-related tasks under the guidance of the Finance Director.
You will manage a small in-house team (4 members) and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial integrity across Taiwan HQ and international operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in developing and executing financial strategies across business units
2. Coordinate and track Taiwan tax compliance, planning, and reporting
3. Support financial due diligence and project participation in M&A or overseas investment
4. Analyze performance of overseas subsidiaries and investments
5. Supervise a team of 4 (cost, general accounting, AP, AR)
6. Provide financial reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management
7. Monitor relevant tax regulations and industry incentive programs
8. Prepare presentations for internal meetings and board reviews
9. Occasional international travel (1–2 times/year) for audit or business review purposes

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in finance/accounting roles
3. At least some team management experience (2+ people)
4. Proven involvement in at least one M&A or overseas investment project
5. Strong command of English (TOEIC 750+ or equivalent)
6. Solid knowledge of Taiwan tax and basic IFRS reporting
7. Experience in mid-sized or large companies with clear organizational structure
8. Strong communication and presentation skills
9. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and collaborative personality
