【Role and Responsibility】
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels, job advertisements, and networking, to ensure timely and effective candidate delivery to clients.
• Do screening of candidates (phone/interview) and update applicants, building close relationships with target groups.
• Taking full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, including client briefing, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, offer negotiation, and post-placement follow-up.
• Gain industry domain knowledge for enhancing the conversation with professionals
• Provide complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates; job descriptions and expectation-setting
• Creative approach to recruitment and ways to attract quality candidates.
• Developing new clients and maintaining good relationships with the existing clients.
• Providing clients with advice on market intelligence and offering them proper talent solutions.
• Fulfilling recruiting needs of clients with professional prospects.
【Qualification】
• Skills in sales, business development, communication, client management, and relationship building.
• 3~5 years working experience in ICT industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong work ethic, independent and self-motivated.
• Adaptability to fast-pace working environment with high flexibility in solutions delivery
• Ability to take action quickly, positive with "can do" attitude.
• Willing to be trained with strong communication and persuasion skills. Self-organised and target-driven attitude.
• Good in English speaking and writing skill.

【Plus】
• Recruitment agency or headhunting experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Boolean search or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
