職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Create and communicate RFX documents to vendors for capex and opex requirements at factory
and warehouses.
• Lead the tender process through to evaluation, negotiation, contracting, purchase order and
delivery.
• Negotiate plant and machinery maintenance contracts and leasing arrangements.
• Evaluate and monitor contract performance following contract placement to ensure compliance with
contractual obligations and to determine need for changes.
• Manage KPI’s to measure, control and benchmark procurement activities including savings,
contract trackers, spend under category strategy.
• Align with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Quality, Facilities and Operations to
understand and implement process improvements.
• Assist in the identification of new suppliers and ensure due diligence is carried out for all new
sources of supply.
