1. Investment & Treasury Strategy
-Design and execute short-, mid-, and long-term group investment strategies to support business growth and sustainability goals.
-Lead foreign exchange risk management operations in full compliance with laws and internal governance policies.
-Maximize returns through the optimal deployment of idle funds and treasury instruments.

2. Global Financial Oversight
-Oversee financial and accounting operations for all domestic and international subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
-Implement internal control systems and policies to ensure sound financial reporting and risk mitigation.

3. Financial Policy & Governance
-Develop and enforce group-wide financial policies and reporting standards to align with evolving business and regulatory demands.
-Lead cross-functional financial planning and deliver strategic insights to support high-level operational decisions.

4. Leadership & Talent Development
-Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams across multiple geographies.
-Implement talent development programs, including job rotation and overseas leadership training initiatives.

5. Stakeholder Engagement
-Serve as a key liaison to executive leadership, the Board of Directors, external investors, and financial institutions.
-Communicate financial strategy and results clearly and credibly across stakeholders.

Must-Have:

1. Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 10 years in a senior financial leadership role.
2. Proven expertise in managing finances for large-scale engineering, construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries.
3. Deep experience in cross-border project finance, international tax structures, and global compliance.

Strongly Preferred:
1. Demonstrated ability in treasury management, investment planning, and foreign exchange operations.
2. Knowledge of IFRS, global tax regulations, and internal control frameworks.
3. Prior involvement in financial strategy for capital-intensive international projects.

Leadership & Soft Skills:
1. Strong leadership capabilities in managing multi-location finance teams.
2. Experience in talent pipeline planning, departmental rotation, and expatriate development.
3. Excellent communication and cross-cultural negotiation skills; fluent in English and preferably Mandarin.
4. Willingness to travel or be stationed abroad depending on business/project needs.
