職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Responsibility:
Sales Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to the team.
• Manage sales performance and provide feedback.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Negotiate and close deals with large accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Performance Management:
• Monitor and analyze sales performance.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, profit, and market share.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to align sales efforts.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Financial Planning and Budgeting:
• Manage sales budgets and ensure they are aligned with strategic goals.
• Prepare and manage sales forecasts.
Product Knowledge and Technical Expertise:
• Stay up to date on new products and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team.
• Understand the company's value proposition and effectively communicate it to customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Extensive sales and management experience: A minimum of 5-10 years in a sales leadership role is expected. Experience in the machine vision market is highly appreciated.
• Strong leadership and communication skills: Ability to motivate and inspire a team, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships.
• Business acumen and strategic thinking: Understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and business strategy.
