職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
JD:
• Provide technical consulting support to fast diagnose equipment errors
• Provide onsite engineering to resolve equipment errors
• Optimize equipment productivity and potential upgrade proposal
• Maintain and deliver technical documentation includes trouble shooting / diagnostics report
• 提供技術諮詢支援，以快速診斷設備異常
• 提供現場工程服務以排除設備故障
• 優化設備產能並提出潛在升級建議
• 維護並提交技術文件，包括故障排除與診斷報告
Requirement:
• Fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate effectively in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers
• Hands-on experience and solid understanding of PLC and Drive are required
• Familiarity with database systems and network connectivity is a plus
• 精通中文，能以英文有效溝通
• 具備良好的溝通與人際互動能力，能與客戶有效交流
• 需具備PLC與驅動器的實作經驗及紮實理解
• 熟悉資料庫系統與網路連線者尤佳
