B. 有效運用閒置資金以提升公司整體收益 Optimize the utilization of idle funds to enhance capital efficiency and maximize corporate profitability.

2. 監督海內外子公司財務與會計運作。 Oversee the financial and accounting operations of the group’s subsidiaries, both domestically and internationally, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.

3. 統籌規劃集團整體財務與會計政策。 Lead the development and coordination of group-wide financial and accounting policies to establish a robust governance framework aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards.

4. 管理財會人員並推動幹部培育與海外人才發展計畫。 Oversee the management and professional development of finance and accounting personnel; implement structured job rotation and training programs; and actively cultivate overseas leadership talent through diverse and strategic development initiatives.

5. 跨部門溝通協調並提供財務策略建議以支持集團營運決策。 Facilitate effective cross-functional communication and deliver strategic financial and accounting insights to support group-wide business planning and operational decision-making.

1. 具備至少20年財務相關職位的累積經驗，其中至少10年擔任財務或會計部門高階管理職務，具備全方位的財務領導能力。 At least 20 years of progressive experience in finance-related roles, including a minimum of 10 years in a leadership or executive-level position overseeing finance and accounting functions.

2. 具備工程、建設、基礎設施或其他專案型產業的財務管理經驗，熟悉大型資本密集型專案的財務運作與控管流程。 Proven experience in financial management within the engineering, construction, infrastructure, or related project-based industries, with strong familiarity in managing the financial lifecycle of large-scale, capital-intensive projects.

3. 實際參與管理國內外工程專案的財務經驗，熟悉跨國交易、外匯操作、國際稅務架構及多國法規合規性處理。 Hands-on experience in managing domestic and international engineering project finances, including cross-border transactions, foreign exchange, tax structures, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

4. 具備擬定與執行集團短中長期投資策略、資金調度及外匯風險管理計畫的能力，能支援企業永續與成長目標。 Demonstrated ability to develop and execute short- and long-term financial strategies, including investment planning, treasury management, and foreign exchange risk control.

5. 熟悉IFRS國際財務報導準則、稅務規定及各地區財務合規要求，能有效建構與監督內部控制制度及財報正確性。 In-depth knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in both local and international contexts; ability to ensure internal controls and financial reporting standards are upheld across the organization.
