職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
專注於無線網路通訊設備的研發。在全球 200 多個國家設有據點，出貨量超過 7,000 萬台設備。台灣為其最重要的研發總部，涵蓋產品設計、軟硬體開發、AI 研發等，研發人員比例高達 80%。
Responsibilities:
•Specialize in packaging material manufacturing process and cost control.
•Stays tuned with new materials and their cost trend.
•Develop strategic relationships with packaging suppliers and conduct business reviews.
•Manage suppliers provide the best in packaging costs, quality and delivery.
•Drive the suppliers to follow UI’s direction, purchase new machines, and improve production process.
•Work closely with the PK RD team.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
其他條件
•2+ years experienced in sourcing / PM / RD.
•Flexibility to work and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Knowledge of material processing for pulp tray, cardboard, blister, gift box, carton and all types of printing processes.
•Knowledge and experience with various packaging markets and suppliers.
•Strong project management skills and experience.
•Ability to organize and analyze data by Excel and ERP system.
