Job Summary:
- The engineer service will support the daily operation and maintenance of equipment in the fab, ensuring smooth production and quality control.
- This role requires hands-on experience with various Thin Film-related tools and inspection processes.

Job Description:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment, including PVD, CVD, ELA, ALD and metrology tools.
- Manage lot dispatching and ensure smooth equipment running w/o miss operation.
- Conduct Machine Quality Control (MQC), including particle and thickness monitoring.
- Perform In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), covering glass inspection/thickness monitoring.
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and optimize SOP.

Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of fab operation or equipment troubleshooting experience.
- Hands-on experience with thin film related equipment and inspection processes.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher

至少 2 年以上無塵室操作或設備維修經驗
熟悉薄膜製程設備與檢測流程者佳
具備良好團隊合作與問題解決能力
大學學歷以上
