職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities：
1. Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on target companies, founders, and business entities
2. Gather and analyze data from Bloomberg, PitchBook, FactSet, and other public/private databases
3. Identify potential risks, discrepancies, and compliance issues in investment candidates
4. Prepare clear, concise, and accurate bilingual (Chinese & English) research and risk reports
5. Track global market trends and competitive dynamics, especially in Gaming & i-Gaming sectors
6. Collaborate with the investment and execution teams on industry landscape studies, valuation models, and benchmarking reports
7. Support direct investments across US, Europe, and Asia in sectors such as gaming, casino, sports data, sportsbook, and entertainment
8. Assist in portfolio company monitoring, including attending AGMs, investor updates, and advisory board meetings

需求條件 / Key Requirements
Required Qualifications：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above from a top-tier university
2. three years of experience in investment research or due diligence (buy-side experience preferred)
3. Hands-on knowledge of online gaming or i-Gaming is a must
4. Familiar with investment research tools and databases (e.g. PitchBook, FactSet, Bloomberg)
5. Strong command of both English and Chinese, with proven ability to write bilingual reports
6. Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data validation skills
7. Able to work independently under tight deadlines and across time zones
8. Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally
