職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
What will you do?
• Establishes mid/long-term ER strategies and concrete implementation measures and supervises overall implementation of the measures
• Preemptively prevents HR/ER risks to accomplish short/mid/long-term ER goals, and contributes to constructing cooperative labor-management relationsbased on trust
• Examines HR/ER risk in advance and derives improvement plans
• Examines compliance with labor laws and proposes measures to address legal
risks
• Performs constant monitoring of changes in the management/labor environment and changes in employee needs and establishes countermeasures
Qualifications and key skills
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, law or in a related field with minimum 10-12 years of work experience.
2.8+ years in HR field and with 5+ years of experience in ER management planning and on-site ER management
3.Understanding of Labor Laws. Comprehensive understanding of ER management and conflict management.
4.Capable of prevent and respond to ER risks based on the understanding of
processes of the organization.
