職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
1. Finance & Accounting:
- Manage the subsidiary’s finance and accounting functions, establishing or improving financial management systems and internal controls.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local regulations and group policies.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to management and headquarters regarding business performance, operations, and risks.
- Offer professional financial guidance to operational teams for risk control, including profitability analysis, internal control management, accounts receivable/payable management, annual budgeting, asset management, and compliance.
- Ensure tax compliance and adherence to statutory requirements.
- Participate in or optimize ERP system implementation and monitoring, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and manage the local finance team.
- Handle ad-hoc financial matters as required.
2. Human Resources:
- Conduct interviews and preliminary salary assessments for candidates.
- Review weekly recruitment reports and provide updates to management.
- Organize HR meetings with relevant departments to support company development strategies.
- Coordinate and resolve workforce issues at operational sites.
- Manage payroll calculation and disbursement.
- Plan and monitor manpower allocation and staffing at operational sites.
- Arrange and oversee employee training programs.
3. General Administration:
- Manage fixed assets and oversee office hardware and facilities across locations.
- Supervise and approve general administrative matters.
- Oversee MIS and legal administrative tasks as required.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
1. Proficient in English for both written and spoken communication.
2. Familiarity with local labor and finance regulations is highly preferred.
3. Minimum of 3 years of operational management experience in Southeast Asia.
4. At least 5 years of experience in general management or leadership roles.
5. Experience with Dingxin Tiptop ERP and HRM systems is a plus.
