職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
The position is responsible for the proper deployment of Planning, Leading, Organizing and controlling of resources to achieve the sales targets of the Regions assigned 該職位負責規劃、領導、組織及資源的適當部署,達成負責區域的銷售目標。
1. 依據業務目標和策略,拓展新通路和新區域市場
2. 負責開發主要客戶,含全國性,地區性連鎖通路和區域經銷商
3. 運用業務專業和產品知識,制定強化經銷區域鋪貨和銷售的計畫
4. 蒐集市場訊息,規劃對應 的銷售活動以達成業績目標
5. 固定拜訪潛在的經銷客戶, 維持客戶關係
6. 編製及分析業務相關報表和計畫 (需俱備Excel技能)
7. 帶領團隊管理經驗
1. Ensures availability of appropriate brands and packages (multi-brand selling) focusing on brand penetration, M/S management, Achievement of sales targets.
確保品牌與包裝的充足供應(多品牌銷售),專注於品牌滲透率、市場佔有率管理及銷售目標之達成
2. Ensures the provision of merchandising and promotional requirements.
確保落實商品陳列與促銷需求,以提升產品能見度與市場競爭力
3. Oversees the proper management of wholesalers and wholesaler served – retailers. 督導經銷商及其下游客戶(零售商)之有效管理,確保銷售及舖貨運作順暢
4. Handles AR from customers and offsets the AR. 負責處理客戶應收帳款(AR)並執行帳款沖銷作業,確保財務穩健
5. Builds and maintains customer relations/goodwill for SMT with the trade and the community 建立並維護SMT與客戶、通路及社區之良好關係,強化品牌形象與市場信任度
6. Assists the Country Manager in all sales undertakings for both direct and indirect areas, in the development of LRP, strategies & programs, planning and monitoring of strategies & activities, and the achievement of objectives by planning & monitoring of strategies & programs, and ensuring achievement of objectives. 協助全國業務經理推動直營與經銷市場業務,包括長期發展計劃(LRP)、策略與專案之制定與執行,以確保營運目標之達成
7. Leads and steers his region through proper management of the financial resources of the region (A/R Management, budget preparation, variance analysis) 透過區域財務資源管理(如應收帳款管理、預算編列與差異分析),領導並推動區域業務成長,提升經營效率
8. Leads and steers his region in the promotion of quality and productivity. 引導區域團隊持續推動品質與生產力提升,強化營運效能與市場競爭力
9. Leads and steers his region through the development & encouragement of employees to realize their full potentials. 培養並激勵團隊發展,發掘員工潛能,提升整體工作表現與團隊合作
10. Ensures that the company resources under his control are accounted for, safeguarded and maintained. 確保負責範圍內的公司資源得到妥善管理、保護及維護,減少風險與耗損
11. Integrates pertinent activity and performance reports in support to planning activities of the area. 整合業務活動與績效報告,作為區域規劃與營運決策之參考依據
12. Manages SMT dealership & wholesaler network through the provision of management & business advice in the areas of multi-brand selling, merchandising & promotion, information & planning, credit management and financial management (cost savings/reduction programs) 管理SMT的經銷商,提供管理與業務建議,涵蓋多品牌銷售、陳列與促銷、資訊與規劃、信用管理及財務管理(成本節約/降低計劃)
13. Establishes & maintains the dealership & wholesaler network. 建立並維護經銷商,確保舖貨供應穩定與市場擴展
14. Builds and maintains customer relations and goodwill between SMT & community and SMT & dealers/wholesalers/MCS 促進並維持SMT與活動區域、經銷商及MCS之間的良好關係,加強品牌忠誠度與業務穩定性
需求條件 / Key Requirements
語文條件
英文(聽:精通、說:精通、讀:精通、寫:精通)
1. At least 8-10 years related work experience in FMCG, Beverage industry, or in a Distribution Channel. (Priority given to candidates with experience in the beer and beverage industry.)
2. With at least years of experience in Business Development Management (e.g. sourcing of potential candidates for new WS, and Key Accounts (On or Off), evaluation of said candidates, negotiation, and contract development, etc.)
