職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Join the Supply Chain Operations Management (SCOM) team focused on supply chain planning and production control. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and digital solutions that enhance supply continuity, mitigate material shortage risks, and support the execution of strategic projects.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and transforming data into actionable insights through automation and reporting. You will act as a key liaison between the supply chain operations team and business partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and generate actionable reports to support supplier performance and inventory health monitoring.
• Collaborate on multiple cross-functional initiatives, balancing technical execution with operational objectives.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and partner with IT to implement effective solutions.
• Support root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement in supply and material availability processes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (including macros and what-if analysis).
• Familiarity with SAP/EDI, especially in materials management and BOM structure.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems using diverse data sources and methodologies.
• Effective project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Preferred background in Supply Chain Operations, including supply/demand planning and material management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to articulate business needs clearly.
• Highly detail-oriented, with excellent accuracy, organizational skills, and a structured approach to data and process handling.
