Your Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end production operations to optimize processes, costs, and productivity
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and health & safety regulations
• Develop and implement the Annual Operating Plan while controlling direct and indirect costs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and increase line efficiency
• Build and coach a strong team to achieve both short- and long-term performance goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, R&D, Supply Chain, and HR to solve issues
• Act as GCS (Global Control Standard) Process Owner for I2C (Inventory to COGS) and ensure compliance with audits and internal testing
需求條件 / Key Requirements
We're Looking for Someone Who:
• Has 5+ years of production experience, including 3+ years in the food or FMCG industry or consumable goods
• Holds a Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Food Technology, or related fields
• Has a solid understanding of operations, QA, R&D, and supply chain processes
• Is experienced in leading large teams and managing cross-functional projects
• Demonstrates a coaching leadership style and strong team-building skills
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Bonus: Experience in maintenance, quality, or commissioning of new plant projects
