職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Job Description
• Develop and oversee comprehensive end-to-end system-board (PCA) BOM extraction management for NB, DT, and WS platforms, including the definition of functional blocks and incorporation of teardown analysis inputs.
• Construct and sustain should-cost models and benchmarks for ICs, PCBs, passives, connectors, and cables by leveraging internal modelling, competitive intelligence, and RFI/RFQ data.
• Analyze commodity prices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain strategic insights.
• Collaborate with suppliers and teams to confirm assumptions, update pricing, and enhance cost models.
• Quantify and propose cost-saving opportunities based on competitive analysis and design trade-offs; track outcome to closure.
• Deliver clear design/cost insights and readouts (slides/briefs) to stakeholders; align decisions in cross-org reviews.
• Follow and continuously improve BOM quality SOPs (accuracy/completeness/turnaround); support audits and issue prevention.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering field.
• 5+ years in BOM/cost engineering with project ownership across NB/DT/WS platforms. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional communication: Mandarin (native/fluent) and English (professional technical writing & presentations).
• Excellent interpersonal (one on one), teamwork (one on team) and collaboration (team to team) skills.
• Strong knowledge of PC platform architecture, including power management, signal integrity, and functional block integration.
• Excel skillset – VBA, Macros, pivot tables and charts, advanced Formulas (Vlookup, Index+Match, Sumif), conditional formatting. Microsoft Project, sharepoint knowledge is nice to have.
