職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
• Job title: Engineering Technician 3
o Performs engineering prototype materials and logistics management. Ensure the most efficient and best quality operation for incoming and out-going prototype shipments to/from the design center. Manages the logistics perspectives including domestic and international shipments. Governs the hardware library lending and returning of prototype materials to/from the site engineering teams. Managing the material stockroom and ensure the lab compliance with corporate guidance. Periodical inventory count. Ensures the compliance with any government imposed levy, duty and material control is in place and executes through. Manages logistic cost, payment and vendor relationship. Proposes solutions to issues and opportunities of process improvement. Works with greater autonomy, but still requires regular guidance.

負責硬體樣品借出與歸還流程，協助工程團隊進行樣品管理
管理物料倉儲區，確保符合公司規範與作業準則
定期執行庫存盤點
確保作業流程符合政府法規（如：進出口稅、材料控管等）
管理物流成本、付款流程與廠商合作關係
主動提出流程改善建議並解決問題
工作具一定自主性，但仍需定期與主管討論與回報進度
