職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring GCI (Global Culture Inclusion) initiatives within the organization. They will work closely with leadership, ERGs, and various departments to foster an inclusive workplace.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement GCI strategies and programs that align with the organization's objectives.
• Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Support and coordinate ERGs' activities, providing guidance and resources to help them achieve their objectives.
• Community Engagement: Build relationships with external organizations and communities to promote GCI initiatives.
• Training and Education: Implement training programs for leaders and team members on GCI topics, including unconscious bias, cultural competency, and inclusive leadership.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to GCI metrics and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to GCI.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience working in HR functions.
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a Microsoft/Windows business environment (Teams, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
