職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
I. Financial Accounting
- Manage financial accounting operations and establish or enhance financial management systems with compliant internal controls.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with local regulations and group policies.
- Provide timely financial analysis and report business performance and operational risks to management and headquarters.
- Advise the operations team on financial matters, including profitability analysis, internal controls, accounts receivable/payable, annual budgeting, asset management, and financial compliance.
- Ensure tax compliance and meet statutory requirements.
- Participate in or optimize ERP system implementation and monitoring to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and manage the local finance team.
- Handle other ad hoc tasks as required.
II. Human Resources
- Conduct interviews and provide preliminary salary assessments for applicants.
- Oversee payroll processing and disbursement.
- Manage factory manpower allocation, planning, and personnel analysis.
- Organize employee training and development activities.
III. General Administration
- Oversee fixed assets management.
- Plan, review, and manage office hardware and facilities across locations.
- Approve and manage administrative and general affairs.
- Supervise and approve matters related to MIS and legal compliance.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, administration, or HR management.
- Proficient in Thai and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing – intermediate level).
- Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and ERP systems (e.g., TipTop).
- Familiarity with Thai labor and accounting regulations preferred.
- At least 3 years of operational management experience in Southeast Asia preferred.
