職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and administer official company chops for Taiwan, including assignment, use, and control in accordance with internal policies.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining Legal/Compliance training programs across APAC, including use of platforms such as Workday.
• Support special projects or assignments as directed by the Legal or Compliance team.
• Perform regular site visits to Tainan to facilitate or oversee chop administration processes.
• Provide general legal administrative support including document handling, filing, scheduling, and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in an administrative or legal support role.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to Tainan.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning enterprise systems (e.g., Workday).
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese; working proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Educational background in Law, Legal Studies, or related discipline is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience in a legal, compliance, or corporate environment.
