MET SWAP Program & Finance

Job Responsibility
Collaborate with site Operations to develop the annual budget and monthly forecasts of plant cost spend. Analyze the actual results against the plan to enhance the forecast accuracy.
Partner with business to identify opportunities for operational excellence, prompt response to inquiries from various stakeholders and recommend actions for achieving the objectives and KPIs.
Provide inventory cost variance analysis and contribute to issue identification, problem-solving, and decision-making processes.
Perform the required costing works in the contract manufacturing business model.
Support R&D cost reporting, service billing and the various project works.
Provide guidance and support to ensure the compliance of internal control and accounting standards throughout daily operational processes.
Act as a liaison between Finance Service Centers and local team, enhancing the communication channels and streamlining the process.
與現場營運部門合作，制定年度預算和每月工廠成本支出預測。分析實際結果與計劃之間的差異，以提高預測準確性。
與業務部門合作，發現卓越營運的機會，及時回覆各利害關係人的諮詢，並提出實現目標和關鍵績效指標的行動建議。
提供庫存成本差異分析，並參與問題識別、解決問題和決策流程。
執行合約製造業務模式中所需的成本會計工作。
支援研發成本報告、服務計費和各項項目工作。
提供指導和支持，確保日常營運流程符合內部控制和會計準則。




條件:
• 大學以上學歷
• 具備財務工作經驗
• 具備基本英文讀寫能力
• 熟練 Word 和 Excel等
