[Job Description]
1. Data Processing & Management
* Collect, organize, and input various business data
* Ensure data accuracy through basic validation and verification
* Utilize Excel or other data processing tools for analysis
2. Report Preparation & Optimization
* Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports
* Organize data and generate charts and report summaries
* Optimize report content to enhance readability and analytical value
3. Business Operations Support
* Assist in handling daily operational data requirements
* Execute data-related projects or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors
* Provide basic data analysis insights to support decision-making
4. Cross-Regional Communication
* Coordinate with business owners in Taiwan (TW), Thailand (TH), and Japan (JP), as well as finance teams in Korea (KR)
* Ensure the accuracy of data through back-and-forth verification with stakeholders
* Utilize business-level English communication skills to effectively convey and clarify financial and operational data
5. Administrative & Documentation Support
* Organize and maintain records and documentation
* Enter and update data in internal systems
* Assist in other administrative tasks within the department

* Basic data analysis skills; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
* Detail-oriented and responsible, capable of handling large datasets accurately
* Strong time management skills, able to complete reports within deadlines
* Basic business and operational understanding to interpret data trends
* Business-level English communication skills, with experience in cross-regional coordination
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams
