his position will lead the implementation of a new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across multiple manufacturing sites. This role is responsible for driving process and equipment standardization globally, ensuring consistent performance, quality, and efficiency across all sites.
The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and FATP (Final Assembly, Test, and Pack) processes for SSD (Solid State Drive) products, combined with proven leadership in managing global engineering teams and cross-site projects.
