Job Overview:
Responsible for managing financial and accounting operations across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring compliance with financial, accounting, and tax regulations while supporting business decision-making. The role focuses on SAP systems, compliance management, taxation, cash flow forecasting, data analysis, and inventory management to ensure efficient financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Financial and Accounting Management: Prepare and oversee financial statements, cost accounting, and monthly/quarterly/annual closing processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS or local accounting standards.
• EMS Industry Financial Operations: Familiar with manufacturing cost structures and analysis, cost control, and inventory management to enhance production competitiveness.
• Tax and Cash Flow Management: Manage compliance with income tax, value-added tax (VAT), and customs duties, while optimizing cash flow operations and foreign exchange management.
• Data Analysis and Decision Support: Develop financial KPI dashboards to provide operational analysis and improve decision-making efficiency.
• Inventory Management and Stocktaking: Monitor inventory turnover, conduct regular stocktakes, and minimize the risks of obsolete inventory.

•財務、會計相關學位。
•5年以上EMS產業財務管理經驗，具大型電子製造企業背景佳。
•精通SAP FICO或ERP系統，具內外部審計、財務內控建置經驗。
•數據分析能力強、風險意識高、跨部門溝通協調能力佳。
