職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
This role is mainly focused on conducting daily Merchant on boarding activities for Acquirer Business, supporting business to build and maintain a streamlined operational process, workflow and service level within Global Merchant & Network Service Taiwan in order to meet and comply with the various regulations, internal polices and requirements e.g.: GMAP, AML, JCIC, PDPA. This role is also responsible to accommodate the business service level and market requirements, provide support to optimize the processes that are related to merchant onboarding for better efficiency and effectiveness.
【你需要負責的：工作內容】
☆ 負責商戶開戶流程（Merchant Onboarding），包含：
• 商戶卡片受理表（MCAF）審查
• 進行每日 KYC 與 AML作業
• 審查公司登記資料、無記名股票（bear shares）、實質受益人（Beneficial Owner）
• 執行 HRSAR 與制裁名單篩檢（PEP / RCA / SAR）等
☆ 管理／監督／執行相關活動，確保所有作業符合法規、政策與相關指引。
☆ 提報任何異常案件以供進一步審查。
☆ 維護並優化 GMS 與 NCCC 間的 KYC 與商戶開戶流程，確保穩健運作。
☆ 回覆並處理所有與商戶開戶相關的需求與詢問。
☆ 協助主導各類專案，以建立強健的營運環境並支持業務拓展計畫。

• 至少 具備1 年金融相關工作經驗
• 具有獨立作業能力、具備業務支援或與客戶接觸經驗者佳
• 電腦技能：Word、Excel、PowerPoint
• 良好的溝通能力，能與同事以英文溝通
• 主動積極、以達成目標為導向
【工作時間】09:00~17:30，見紅就休
