工作內容
LINE Pay is a premium payment service that attaches great importance to user experience and voice of customer, keep maintaining service quality.
We are looking for a passionate, a meticulous and detail-oriented team member to join us.
[Responsibilities]
• Handle daily operations of prevention of fraud risk and suspicious fraud cases.
• Suspend account or transactions to prevent/detect suspicious scam case based on the reported cases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with downstream RM team to record cases and share insights and improve overall fraud detection.
• Assist with related project planning, execution and follow up review.
• Shifting time: 08:00-20:00 / 20:00-08:00

[Qualifications]
• BS degree.
• Candidates with related experience is preferred.
• Better to have good CH/EN ability.
• Have good understanding of user communication.
• Training will be provided.
