1. Finance controlling of construction business lifecycle
- Monthly closing controlling (included cordination with overseas SSC)
- Accrual preparation
- Cash flow reconciliation
2. Preparation of management report
3.Assist project controlling
- Staffing cost computation
- Cost controll
- Forecast of EAC, monthly allocation of cost and cashflow
- Billing procedure
需求條件 / Key Requirements
1.Fluent english for business in listening,writing,reading and speaking
2.Familiar with finance model of construction business
3.Finance controller experience 3 year + , experience in big 4 CPA firm is a plus
4.Proficient in excel and have strong logic and analytic sense in data and figure
