1. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within sourcing process.
2. Identify and lead cost-reduction projects such as value engineering, supplier consolidation, or workflow optimization.
3. Develop and refine sourcing processes, tools, and documentation to support scalability and operational excellence.
4. Support ECN-related activities by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and supplier alignment
