職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and execute MES sales strategies specifically for Taiwan’s Semiconductor, Electronics, and Precision Manufacturing sectors to drive market share.
2. Key Account Management: Proactively identify prospects and build high-level relationships across multiple functions, including IT, Manufacturing, Engineering, and C-suite executives.
3. Partner Ecosystem Growth: Cultivate and manage a local network of System Integrators (SIs), consulting firms, and channel partners to accelerate sales opportunities and market reach.
4. Consultative Solution Selling: Analyze customer operations and digital transformation needs to propose high-value MES solutions that align with their system architecture and business goals.
5. Pipeline & Performance Excellence: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle with accurate forecasting, proactively identifying risks and implementing actions to consistently achieve annual targets.
6. Cross-functional & Brand Leadership: Collaborate with global technical and marketing teams to deliver compelling demos and represent the company at major industry events to strengthen brand presence.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
•Experience selling MES or industrial software to high-tech manufacturing industries (focus on semiconductors and electronics).
•Proven capability to independently manage the full sales cycle—from market development and qualification to negotiation and closing.
•Solid understanding of MES differentiation, architecture, and business value propositions.
•Ability to work effectively with multicultural and globally distributed teams.
•Willingness to travel within Taiwan and occasionally overseas.
•Excellent English skills—written and spoken.
