Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Communications Manager. In this role, you will assist our communications lead with strategies and initiatives to enhance our brand presence and effectively engage with stakeholders. You will be working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that is flexible and supportive.
• Support and implement comprehensive PR plans and programs to enhance the company’s brand presence and reputation.
• Create compelling stories that gain attention in business, tech, and industry media through owned and earned channels, in addition to collaboration with creators.
• Manage and develop spokespeople’s thought leadership program, including senior executives through channels such as LinkedIn and speaking opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including members of the media and influencers, to support long-term communications plans to drive unique stories.
• Collaborate closely internally with sales, engineering, marketing and legal teams across the company as a trusted partner, coaching/briefing on messaging for media and public events.
• Monitor and analyze communications metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• PR agency review & management, target setting, measurement processes, and reporting of results.
• Anticipate supporting mitigating issues or unexpected incidents and work with management to develop a strategy and communications plan.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
Qualifications:
• Over three years of experience in a PR/communications role, bachelor’s degree or above
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English and Chinese
• Creative team-player with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, able to work under pressure and independently to achieve results.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and AI tools such as Copilot.
• Experience at a PR agency serving multinational accounts, and/or IT industry experience a big plus.
