*Develop project execution plan including project strategy, coordination, planning and cost control, etc.
*Act as project leading role communicating with client
*Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring tasks are executed on time, within scope and within budget
*Support project permitting process
*Coordinate engineering resources to finalize design package
*Direct procurement and subcontracting process
*Build and maintain relationship with client, contractors and equipment manufacturers
*Support construction execution
*Responsible for project reporting and schedule/cost tracking. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and escalate issues to management as needed
*Responsible for project stakeholder management
*Responsible for construction variation/change order management
*Support contractor/supplier management with Construction Team & Procurement Team
*Identify and highlight project critical path to project team

*Project manager working experience in EPC project
*Flexible working attitude
*TOEIC 600+ or IELTs 6
