職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Team Overview
The team is responsible for overseeing the lab at the Taiwan site, including physical security access control, hardware installation supervision, EHS standards adherence, and lab space usage rates tracking. We handle hardware management, including internet connectivity, lab racks, power sockets, as well as sample bookkeeping and reconciliation and overall lab asset management. We contribute to optimizing lab efficiency, asset utilization, managing hardware costs, maintaining lab security, implementing safety standards, and providing daily operational support to lab workers.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the first line of support to understand and address Business Unit needs.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to drive alignment, decision-making, and well-documented outcomes.
• Coordinate lab workforce enablement initiatives, including periodic training.
• Maintain operational process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed.
• Oversee team communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint and Wiki) to ensure effective and up-to-date information sharing.
• Optimize lab resource planning and space utilization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support procurement and billing activities to ensure timely fulfillment and financial closure.
• Govern Safety & Security requirements across lab operations, ensuring compliance, risk management, and operational effectiveness.
• Provide ad-hoc support as assigned by the team leader or sponsor.

本團隊負責監督與管理台灣據點的實驗室,職責涵蓋:實體安全門禁管制、硬體安裝監督、符合環境健康安全(EHS)標準,以及追蹤實驗室空間使用率。我們處理的硬體管理範圍包括:網路連線、實驗室機架、電源插座,以及樣品記帳、盤點和實驗室整體的資產管理。我們致力於改善實驗室的運作效率與資產利用率、管理硬體成本、維護實驗室安全、執行安全標準,並為實驗室工作人員提供日常營運支援。
工作職責
第一線支援: 作為第一線支援窗口,深入理解並解決各事業單位(Business Unit)的需求。
跨部門協調: 主導跨功能/跨部門會議,以推動共識、決策制定,並確保會議成果皆有妥善記錄。
人員培訓規劃: 協調實驗组員的能力提升計畫,包括定期舉辦相關培訓。
SOP 維護: 根據需求,維護營運流程文件與標準作業程序(SOP)。
資訊平台管理: 管理團隊的溝通與協作平台(例如 SharePoint 和 Wiki),以確保資訊共享之有效性與即時性。
資源與空間優化: 與跨部門團隊合作,優化實驗室的資源規劃與空間利用率。
採購與財務支援: 支援採購與請款/計費作業,以確保案件準時交付與財務結案。
安防與合規監管: 監管實驗室營運中的安全與防護(Safety & Security)規範,確保符合法規、落實風險管理並提升營運效能。
機動交辦事項: 提供團隊主管或專案發起人(Sponsor)指派的臨時/交辦支援。

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree is required, and/ or equivalent experience with 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Loop, Forms) is required ; familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and Confluence Wiki is a plus.
• Intermediate to fluent English proficiency, with demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the flexibility to shift responsibilities and priorities on short notice.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and tight timelines simultaneously.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to balance expectations and drive alignment.
任用資格
學歷與經歷: 需具備學士學位,及/或擁有 1 年相關專業工作經驗的同等資歷。
軟體技能: 需精通 Microsoft Office 工具(Outlook、Excel、Word、PowerPoint、Loop、Forms);熟悉 AI 效率提升工具及 Confluence Wiki 者尤佳。
語言與執行力: 具備中等至流利的英語能力,並展現出能獨立管理多項任務的能力。
溝通協調: 具備優秀的文字與口頭溝通能力,能與跨團隊及利害關係人(Stakeholders)進行有效協作。
工作特質: 具備高度自我激勵精神與適應力,能彈性配合並在短時間內調整工作職責與優先順序。
抗壓與時間管理: 具備在快節奏、高施壓環境下工作的能力,能同時管理多項優先要務並在緊迫的時限內完成工作。
