職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
1. Design, implement, and manage sales governance frameworks for the Private Banking business.
2. Develop and execute sales incentive and compensation programs to drive business performance and relationship manager productivity.
3. Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Management by Objectives (MBO) frameworks for the Private Banking sales force.
4. Conduct regular reviews and analyses of business performance, sales effectiveness, and productivity metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
5. Support business strategy execution through performance tracking, reporting, and management information analysis.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance sales processes, performance measurement methodologies, and business management practices.
7. Prepare management reports, presentations, and business insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, business planning, performance management, or related functions.
3. Strong project management and planning capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
4. Knowledge of Private Banking, Wealth Management, or High-Net-Worth (HNW) client business is highly preferred.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide business recommendations.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
8. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
