職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
This role is responsible for driving brand desirability, customer engagement, commercial impact, and omni-channel visibility through integrated ATL, BTL, CRM, PR, partnership, and digital marketing initiatives.
The Sr. Marketing Manager will lead a lean but agile marketing team and collaborate closely with Retail, E-commerce, VM, Merchandising, Regional Marketing, Media, and external agency partners to ensure strong and consistent brand execution across all touchpoints。
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
* Develop and lead comprehensive annual marketing strategies across all three brands, ensuring alignment with overall commercial objectives, brand positioning, and long-term business growth targets
* Formulate integrated marketing plans covering ATL, BTL, CRM, PR, digital, social media, events, partnerships, and omni-channel customer engagement initiatives
* Translate global brand direction into localized Taiwan market strategies with strong understanding of local consumer behavior, market trends, competitive landscape, and commercial opportunities
* Lead annual marketing calendar planning, campaign prioritization, and seasonal activation strategies to maximize brand visibility and business impact throughout the year
* Drive strategic planning for key commercial moments including new product launches, festive campaigns, VIP programs, store openings, anniversaries, and department store promotional periods
* Develop customer-centric marketing strategies to strengthen customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and high-value customer engagement across all brands
* Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, performance data, and emerging industry trends to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness
* Partner closely with Retail, E-commerce, and Merchandising teams to ensure marketing strategies effectively support sales targets and business priorities.
2. Budget Planning & Performance Management
* Own and manage the annual marketing budget across all three brands with strong focus on ROI, efficiency, and strategic resource allocation.
* Monitor marketing spending closely to ensure budget control, cost efficiency, and alignment with approved financial targets.
* Evaluate marketing investment performance and optimize resource allocation based on campaign effectiveness, customer impact, and business contribution.
* Analyze campaign performance, sales contribution, traffic, customer engagement, and ROI to support future strategic planning and budget optimization.
* Prepare and present strategic marketing plans, investment proposals, and budget reviews to senior management and regional stakeholders.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
* Partner closely with Retail, commercial teams, and Merchandising team to support sales growth and customer engagement.
* Coordinate with Regional/Global teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and global priorities.
* Manage and evaluate external agencies including PR, media, creative, production, and digital partners.
4. Team Leadership
* Lead, manage, and develop the marketing team to ensure strong collaboration and execution excellence
* Set clear objectives, priorities, and performance expectations across the team
* Foster a positive, agile, and high-performance working culture
* Drive teamwork and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business and brand objectives.

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
* 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably within luxury, premium retail, fashion, jewelry, lifestyle.
* Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, CRM, and digital channels
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
* Strong commercial mindset with ability to balance brand building and business performance
* Experience managing agencies and cross-functional collaboration in matrix organizations
* Passion for luxury branding, customer experience, and premium storytelling
* Strategic thinking with
